This section describes the Big Picture of what is happening worldwide with reference to Climate Change.

AoC would never be able to collect all the new and information on its own and so we welcome material on all subjects from anyone. We do ask you to become a member first to ensure sincerity but all material will be posted immediately with an "unscrutinised" message until we have verified accuracy. We welcome volunteer offerings to be scrutineers.
