A sustainable AOC 2025

The Local Organising Committee always aim to organise the AOC to reflect our values around sustainability and preserving the environment.

We will endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing where possible local organic food and resources.

In an effort to minimise the amount of waste generated post-conference, there will be limited hard-copy versions of the conference program available when the conference begins. All information will be made available electronically via email links sent out prior to the conference and the Conference App that can be downloaded before or at the conference.

We will not be providing conference bags with conference materials at AOC 2025 and are requesting that attendees bring along conference bags from previous conferences or workshops wherever possible to reuse these items. We will provide lanyards, but these will need to be returned at the end of the conference so they can be reused for other events.
